Abstract
Since Workers¡¯ compensation legislation was introduced in 1964 and provision of rehabilitation services have begun in 1999, progresses have been made in many areas, including return to work, for industrially injured workers. In doing so, rehabilitation services for workers with an industrial injury as well as their respective employers have dramatically increased both quantitatively and qualitatively. Despite these developments and progresses, rehabilitation services and policies have a long way to go in order to meet diverse and unique needs of employers and workers with an industrial injury. The purpose of this paper, thus, is to evaluate level of satisfactions, problems or issues that need to be resolved and to identify policies and services that should be introduced, utilizing a qualitative research methodology(e.g., focus group and face-to-face interview).
